Tester - Software and Hardware Quality Assurnace

We are a leading technology company new and innovative products in the payments industry with solutions encompassing both hardware and software.

We currently have opportunities for highly motivated and enthusiastic Quality Assurance Testers / Analysts with 2+ years testing experience.

Environment:
- Based in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne
- Be part of a team of experienced engineers and developers.

Duties:
- To help construct and be part of a sell sufficient testing department.
- Performing in depth software and hardware quality testing of our products.
- Construct test plans and test scripts based on requirements and discussions with developers and designers.
- Track and manage software and hardware issues in conjunction with the development teams.
- Generation and maintenance of documentation.

Required qualifications:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Strong communication skills.
- Focus and attention to detail.
- High level of computer and networking literacy.
- Experience with developing and executing test plans, scripts and software.
- Strong English, spelling and grammar.

Favourable experience:
- Computer programming experience.
- Experience with EFTPOS or banking systems.
- Experience with databases
