持分急问！contract签了能不去么？-- 更新

刚刚电话得知，得到了一个fix-term contract的offer,下周一正式签合同，下个月on board
但有另一个perm的职位刚面试了，情况还不错，比较有希望，最近几天会有结果。个人比较倾向于perm role.
请问，如果签了那个fix-term的contract之后，又得到了perm的offer,能反悔么？有什么限制么？
中介已经发过来一个contract合同，要我先邮件确认。该怎么办？现在回还是不回，邮件确认之后又不去的话会有什么问题吗？

中介的合同里有关于terminate有段话是这么说的‘The Contractor may terminate this Agreement at any time by giving to the Company not less than the notice period specified in the Schedule of the Contractors intention to terminate. However, if the Company has entered into a contract with a Client of the Company for a fixed period, and such a contract specifically requires that the
Contractor be available to provide the services for that client, the Contractor must not give notice of termination until the contract has expired.’
是不是说只要我一签这个合同，就不能在合同期结束前提出终止了？
另外，这个合同是和中介签的，这个和跟employer签合同有什么差别么？这个正常么？

你现在先回复中介，说可以接受，等几天那个PERM到了，你再向中介找一个随便的理由说不去了，完全可以，放心，一点限制都没有！

两个公司都挺不错的，但是个人还是比较喜欢perm的，稳定

perm应该也允许你4weeks notice吧。你先去签contract，然后如果perm成了，就给第一家4周notice贝

我跟perm的这家说的是immidiate available，要是又改口说4周之后，不太好吧，主要是perm的也是下周以内有消息。

看合同。如果有probationary period的话，基本可以马上走人。
就算没有合同上也会规定多少notice. 如果签了，最好要遵守合同。
