原本328K 后来改动了一些房屋结构（增加了4组落地窗 2组快落地窗户），增加了设置（一套组合设备包括咖啡机 微波 ====和第2可封闭厨房设备， 和些小东东===），改了门脸 ===
总共340K+
请问各位前辈 这个价格可以接受吗？还是还有可以谈的余地！大概能砍多少呢？
