Change Your DNS to 8.8.8.8 (google DNS server), very easy to remember.
If you are using Windows 7, install XP mode and use XP mode to browse internet. i.e. set DNS server to 8.8.8.8 in your XP mode, and set the virtual network adapter as bridged (not NAT). and start browing. The benefit of doing this is that, your XP virtual machine will get a new IP address which is different from your Windows 7 machine, and XP virtual machine is not domain joined, and XP virtual machine has a different machine name which is something like "VirtualXP-12345" and username is "XPMUser", and it is using external DNS server. Even if your network admin is monitoring all the request, its hard for him to tell who is browsing from the computer name, or username.
