请教：Re-Establishment of Pegs 该我支付吗？

今天收到builder的邮件，如下：
As the boundary establishment pegs have been moved a re-establishment of the pegs will need to be completed asap so this does not affect construction. There will be a charge incurred which is charged to yourself, the client, and owner of the land. As explained in your contract appointment by Stuart he would have gone through the fixed price tender, in particular page 6 of 7. If you can refer back to item 15 on these documents it will clarify this point further. I require a verbal ok to go ahead on this matter or this will delay construction. After that I will send out a building variation for you to sign.

这个boundary establishment pegs不是应该由开发商做的吗？
请大家给点意见呵！

这个钱肯定是要你出的，但是你可以去找到Peg，然后指给他们就好了

这个是开发商弄好的，交给你之后开发商就不管了，你有义务保护你的财产，但是建筑商和开发商不是一伙的，你要是没保护得了你的Peg位置他们就没法确定你房子的准确位置了

我也是一样情况，想自己去指给builder，可是他么不认，一定要有surveyor的paperwork.
这个上哪里搞啊

请问LZ你的pegs后来怎么办了，是给builder交钱了吗 ？

builder通知一周后，就直接做了，我们付了1000刀

这种鸟事我觉得应该是developer的责任，他们至少在填土的时候应该小心别把pegs弄走了，不然owner总是要多花钱。Developer的合同也不公平，owner 买了地，地什么时候settle 也没个准信，可以被一拖再拖developer还不用担任何责任。
