Located in Docklands CBD, you will be working with a dedicated team who take pride in their environment business.
You will need to be timely, accurate, organized and have an ability to work independently at times. Chance will be open to anyone with passion and enthusiasm while experience in a reception/admin role will be highly regarded.
Reporting into the office manager as well as liaising with across all areas of the business, you will be responsible for the following:
1. Meeting and greeting clients and suppliers, answering telephone calls and taking detailed messages as required;
2. Organizing appointments and coordinating meeting rooms;
3. Liaising with business contacts and maintaining a good relationship with business partners;
4. Assisting in filing, archiving and volume paperwork.
5. Other duties as required.
To be successful in this role, applicants must have:
1. Good reception and telephone manners — pleasant and confident.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Exceptional organisation & time management skills.
4. Neat and professional appearance.
5. Well developed PC skills particularly with MS Office.
6. General paperwork skills.
Training will be provided to the successful applicant.
