平时用BT下载东西的时侯一般是30K左右。

Yes, I use BT almost 24 hours a day.
And just found something maybe good for your guys.
My plan is $49.95 per month and should be shaped to 64K after 25G download. But after I have downloaded 25G this month, my download speed is still about 30K.
