 Hi,
 
 We're getting in touch to let you know that your Coles No Annual Fee Platinum Mastercard account ending in xxxx has transitioned to our new system.
 
 To start managing your account online, please follow the below steps:
 
 
 
 Connect with the Coles Online Service Centre:
 
 1.                Visit the Online Service Centre and click 'Set up your login'.
 
 2.                Verify your account by entering your 16 digit Credit Card number and Date of Birth.
 
 3.                Enter the One Time PIN sent to your registered mobile number.
 
 4.                Follow the prompts to connect your Coles Credit Cards account with a new or existing Coles account
 
 5.                Once connected, you'll use your Coles account email and password to access your Coles Credit Cards account.
 
 6.                Download the new App by searching "Coles Credit Cards" in the App Store or Google Play Store.
 
 7.                Once downloaded, you'll use your Coles account email and password to access your Coles Credit Cards account.
 
 8.                Complete device registration, including setting up biometric and passcode login for future access.
 
 9.                You can now uninstall the old Coles Mobile Wallet App as it will no longer be supported.
 
 Important Notes
 
 •                You will need access to the mobile number registered to your Coles Credit Cards account as well as your Coles account (if different) to receive the One Time PIN which is essential to the account connection process.
 
 •                If you need to update this mobile phone number, please contact us on 1300 306 397 or if you're overseas (+61) 2 8288 2890.
 
 •                Any additional cardholders will also need to have their own Coles account connected to their credit card to set up their login details. Remember never to share your login details with anyone, otherwise you may be liable for any unauthorised transactions on your credit card account.
