一、岗位职责

1.   负责公司产品设计工作，主要包括宣传画册、宣传单页、展会海报、网站页面、平面广告、设计排版及其他图文处理等;
2.   为各种营销渠道制作具有视觉冲击力的媒体广告；
3.   协助完成各类策划方案的创意工作；
4.   确保设计项目的及时交付，保持质量和效率；
5.   随时了解行业趋势、设计技术和软件。
6.   有效地将设计概念和想法传达给团队和客户。

二、任职要求
1. 专业为Graphic Design相关，有平面设计、视频剪辑、新媒体运营相关经验者优先；
3. 精通Photoshop、Illustrator、InDesign等图形软件；有较强的平面设计能力、文字驾驭能力，对市场热点有敏锐的感知力；
4. 熟悉视频制作流程，基础视频剪辑技巧；
5. 有创新能力，思维活跃，想像力丰富，有责任心、上进心；
6. 中英文流利，有较高文案功底。

Requirements:
•        Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
•        Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
•        Experience editing video.
•        A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
•        Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.
•        Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
•        Excellent time management and organisational skills.
•        Availability for 2-4 working days per week.

Responsibilities:
•        Develop visually striking media ads for various marketing channels.
•        Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand design requirements and objectives.
•        Create high-quality designs that align with the company brand guidelines.
•        Ensure the timely delivery of design projects, maintaining exceptional creativity and quality.
•        Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and software advancements.
•        Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to the team and clients.
