申请了103有了排队号后，申请600

两个人只有一个人拿到了5年的，另一个只拿到1年半的，不知道为什么，1年半的那个可以申诉成5年的吗

没用，我试过，要改就要重新申请，但是重新申请有可能还是一样的结果。

那不是一样得重新交申请费那些，意思之前那次的结果是无法更改的？签证官权利原来这么大，我看网上中介都说有了排队号是5年的

I understand your disappointment that you and your partner were not granted a visa with a 5-year validity period in relation to your Visitor (subclass 600) visa.

In your visa application, you have requested a visa with a longer stay period and/or validity period.

While this request was taken into consideration, it is up to the visa delegate to determine what length of stay and validity is appropriate. In your case, I note the delegate has granted you a visa with a longer stay period and validity period, that is, a visa with a 12 month stay period and 3 year validity period. This visa meets the requirements of a Tourist visitor to Australia.

Please note that once a decision has been made on an application it cannot be reviewed or changed by the Department, including the stay period and the validity period.

移民局自己的网站上是这么写的，虽然在排队的父母写的是五年，但是连起来是upto 5 yrs，所以只要大于一年小于五年都是有效的
Multiple entry visas with a maximum stay of 12 months will be considered on a case-by-case basis with maximum validity periods of up to:

five years for parents outside Australia and in the Parent visa (subclass103) queue;
three years for parents outside Australia who have:
had a previous Australian visa and complied with the conditions; and
have not applied for a Parent visa; or
have applied for a parent visa but are not yet in the Parent visa (subclass103) queue; and

我拿到的是一年半 每次最多12个月 所以这个就是已经考虑了在父母队伍里才给的？不然一般的游客只会给一年有效期且每次停留3个月？我就是担心批的那个人是不是根本就是漏看了在父母队伍里这个事

超过12个月就不违反他们的规定，至于给多久都是自由裁量权，上限是5年

太坏了这帮人，就是想赚申请费，我的也是批的三年，都排队了才3年。

没错，完全看签证官心情呢。我妈拿到五年有效期，我爸只拿到一年半。两人是不同时间申请的。妈妈第二次申请长签证，爸爸第一次申请。
