大爷这周末从海外回来了 可以面谈
主题
1 他不想换便宜的color bond 我的房子很破 他的全新 -
2 他提到他的路面有损坏 这个是大风吹倒的 不是我推到的 应该不能claim 到我头上吧；
3 他提出要confirm the position of the boundary - 这个他去找测绘员， 然后如果我不认同怎么办，我找谁? 也找个surveyor吗》

Thanks for your email.
Our preliminary thoughts are outlined below.
Clearing our property was a matter of urgency. The rubble and debris was obstructing access and we had safety concerns.
Accordingly, we asked our builder to clear our property as soon as possible. We understand that, when he arrived earlier today, some cleaning and removal had already been undertaken.
We understand that our builder continued this work and our property should be in a more satisfactory state for the time being. (We gather that the wall came down on our side.) Do you happen to know who did some of the work clearing the rubble?
We are currently away overseas. My wife and I should be back on Friday and we may be at our property this Saturday (26 November) - mid to late afternoon. If you are at home then, perhaps we can meet and have a look and discuss next steps. Otherwise, after we get back, we can arrange a video or telephone call.
We understand there has been significant damage to plants and landscaping and there may be also be damage to other property on our side e.g. the concrete footpath (laid last year). We will have a look when we get back. I do hope there wasn’t any damage on your side.
Regarding a replacement dividing wall/fence:
· Our preliminary thoughts are that we are not in favour of a colorbond fence as we don’t think it will be aesthetically pleasing or provide good sound proofing. We will give this further thought, including other options such as timber and brick.
· We will need to confirm the position of the boundary so the replacement wall/fence can be built in the correct position.
How urgent is it for a boundary fence/wall to be erected from your point of view.

谢谢大家关注，今天更新下。
周日先去邻居（因为TH 很多户）其中一家受我砖头影响最严重的那户贴了个纸条。就说麻烦给我一下房东的联系方式。
周一早晨给保险打电话-保险说砖头全部倒在隔壁，就别管了 ，让隔壁租客去 找他们房东。他们房东去走他们保险。等他们来联系你。。。。我简直有点愣了。我说问题我看着后院那一片狼藉很受不了 我愿意花钱赶紧解决了 保险说你走claim 门槛费就一千了 你找个修FENCE的 2K足够了 然后你和邻居share 你的保费也不会上涨。又不是major repair. 巴拉巴拉。
周一下午接到房东的电话留言 他说很抱歉 他现在在海外 不同的Timezone 通话可能比较困难 他把邮箱给了我 让我给他写个邮件。听口气是个挺nice的人
现在准备给他写邮件。就提一下我的计划，准备找人来清理+维修。然后费用分担。大家还有什么意见和要补充的吗？

更新下。 我家是house, 隔壁是TH。我刚才又去隔壁TH一家家敲门，总算有个租客开门了。房东是日本人在海外。有个朋友帮着管理（给了联系方式。。。）我在最靠近砖堆的那个房子门口贴了纸条。提醒小心出入注意安全。说我会联系保险尽快处理。
然后我明天上班给保险打电话，谢谢大家的各种建议。有更新我会继续写在主贴。给大家一个借鉴。

如题 刚搬家过来 还不认识邻居 （是个town house) 住了好几户人家 房东还没联系上
今天大风把FENCE刮倒了 砖全部倒到邻居家那边去了。。。
保险公司又不上班
我该清理现场的一片狼藉吗？看到以前帖子有人说 不要擅自修理 否则保险就不管了？ |
