Dilapidation Survey. - A dilapidation survey is to be undertaken that addresses all properties (including any public place) that may be affected by the construction work namely <#insert property addresses>. A copy of the survey is to be submitted to the Certifying Authority (and Council, if Council is not the Certifying Authority) prior to the release of the Construction Certificate.

Stormwater - Drainage Design Submission. Engineering drawings prepared by a Chartered Professional Civil Engineer (CPEng) or Registered Professional Civil Engineer (RPEng) are to be submitted to, and approved by Council’s City Works Directorate for the proposed drainage works in accordance with Council's DCP (2014) Part 8.2 Stormwater and Floodplain Management Technical Manual, prior to the issue of the Construction Certificate.

Erosion and Sediment Control Plan - An Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (ESCP) must be prepared by a suitably qualified consultant, detailing soil erosion control measures to be implemented during construction. The ESCP is to be submitted with the application for a Construction Certificate. The ESCP must be in accordance with the manual “Managing Urban Stormwater: Soils and Construction“ by NSW Department – Office of Environment and Heritage
