建于上世纪六十年代的Glenview Court被改造成Skye，包括80个单元和两个估值超过两千万的penhouses.
住客预计明年初搬回的美好愿望今天被ACCC的立即停工的命令打破了。
直接原因是九层的建筑只有新改造两层地下车库有消防喷淋头，而其余七层住房都没有消防喷淋头。
旧的消防许可是2016年时被cdc"偷偷“批准的，Waverley Council哦。

THE HISTORY
The strata plan for the building, SP 1731 was registered on 19 October 1965.

Two fire safety orders were issued on 15 September 2009. One relates mainly to concrete cancer, and the other relates mainly to doors, stairs, landings, balustrades and fittings.

Development consent issued 23 October 2012 for a level of penthouses on the roof, new eastern facade balconies, new and additional space on the western walkways and 2 levels of underground car parking.

On 28 January 2016 the owners voted to proceed with the project and borrowed money to fund urgent fire safety remedial works and pre construction/early stage consultants’ fees.

Tenders have been called and evaluated. There were five tenderers. Presently the owners are negotiating with the preferred tenderer, financier and consultants with a view to starting construction this year.
