今天月全食，我们一家都坐在family room看月亮，闺女说，我给你们读一段我写的小故事吧，我说好。她读了几段，我觉得写的还不错呢，比小学时候写的好，描写很细腻。我就让她发了些到我信箱里。给大家分享几段。
一小段描述下雨：
Lightning cut through the sky, separating into multiple thin veins along the way and cracking open the fragile dark blue of the sky. The lightning disappeared into thin air and the skies opened, letting out bucketfuls of tears.
I stood, with my arms wide open above me. Letting the torrents of rain strike me, showing the skies that nothing they could do would destroy me.
That I was invincible, and we both know it.
I was soon drenched, the water soaking my thin black pants and oversized red shirt. I sloiiwly pivoted, feeling the thorns and twigs cut my bare feet. The touch of water on my wounds stung like hell and soon after, my robes became so drenched that I tore it off.
A low, deep rumble sounded in the distance and another torrent of rain fell to the ground, each rain drop gracefully tumbling, followed by another, loud crack. The sky was suddenly ripped by veins of an eery white glow. Streaks of lightning tore the once peaceful atmosphere as the storm took an attempt to destroy everything. Shatter it. Reduce it all to ash and dust.

下面这段算是个science fiction的一部分。
A huge floating disk of steel cast its menacing shadow over a youthful and naive land. A spaceship that contained that hid a heap of entwining wires, that held countless data and documents all in its central computing system. Within the scripts of code and statistics held ancient knowledge and power. Of something that was forbidden for one to mention. Something to be feared yet desired.
An entity gracefully pivoted as it descended causing witnesses below her to shy away, trembling in fear and apprehension. Once, it touched the ground, it became visible that this entity was coated with a pale green skin that was cold and scaly, like a reptile. It was of a tall and slim body that would be desired by the crowd of humans.
It spoke in a smooth godlike tone, like a business woman, a voice that would be otherwise considered one of a narcissist and universally hated by the judging opinions of the council.
“Greetings, inhabitants of exoplanet 03A969G. I am a representative of the Intergalaitcal society of the Protection of hyperintelligent species. We are here to collect the remainder of the species Euho Namences Syrohirri- “
A human obliviously shouted out, his voice trembling however hard he attempted to retain a sharp and menacing tone. “THAT SPECIES DOES NOT EXIST HERE! YOU’VE GOT THE WRONG PLANET!!!”
The onlookers muttered faintly in fear, for both themselves and this bold citizen, the alien slightly retaliated, not expecting such a response, after she collected herself, she spoke once again in an angelic voice that carried a devilish meaning , “yes, it does. You call them Homo Sapiens. You are critically endangered.”
