已经上nsw tribunal 了。 下面是我的给tribunal 的流水, 英文, 大家将就看。
简单的说, 对方瞎收费, 根本没干的活, 受了我5000澳元
14/03/2021, 11 AM. My house sewerage water was leaking flooding to bedroom. I Called to Mainline homesultions to book a plumber, I was told there will be 160$ call out fee. I agreed and they said they will assign a plumber to the job.
14/03/2021, 13PM A plumber arrived and gave me the quote 5000$ for the work. I was not on site by that time. He described the job over the phone to me as following
1), get the unblocked sewer work
2), fixing the while pipe lines, According to the plumber's description over the phone, the whole pipe line are damaged, cracks every where and the joints are misalignment which need to be re-lined. According to his claim, the "reline "is very expensive job and there are only four companies in sydney can do it. And once he get it done, there will be 15 years warranty. During the warranty time, anything happens to the sewer in between the house and a point in the back yard, he will get it fixed at the same day and no charge. After that he sent a quote via message, which I thought it should be what exactly be the job described over the phone.
14/03/2021 15:30PM. I arrived my house. The plumber told me all the crack, misalignment, or the damaged are fixed. and He is "Jettering". And told me if only the "jettering" job only 600$. But the fixing all the pipe are costly.
14/03/2021, 16PM. I was asked to bank transfer and signed an invoice which again I thought he should get all the job done. I signed the paper work and promises to the bank transfer once I arrive home. And Upon received evident of transfer, he would give me the certificate of compliant.
14/03/2021, 17:30PM. I transfer the money but He did not sent me the certificate.
15/03/2021. 9:00AM. SInce I suspicious MainLine's behaviour. I asked another plumber whose name to check out the work of Mainline. He points out I was charged by the work not carrying out and he capture the evident.
16/03/2021. Since I email the evident to Mainline, they declined my phone call and did not reply my email. I lost contact with them.
