i was there too, I am sure the price is more tham 530,the lady was lucky, cause no many chinese buyers at that day fighted(bidded) with her, even 540k is still good deal compare with the other one on 47 salisbury Rd very close to this one,I saw someone discussed that property here,560k for 2 bedroom very very old house,and sit on a similar size land.

that one on 47 salisbury Rd is too expensive, only 2 bedrooms, and very very poor condition,the purchaser has to spend at least 50k(I think) to fix up inside and outside then put on rental market or accupy by themselves; the other one on 10 woolert st, is much better and nicer, 3 bedrooms, new roof, quiet street...,the purchaser can put it on rental market straightway to make 400 per week maybey, since the location is very close to train and bus and Tafe.
