当时对他有点信任 然后没怎么读就直接签了

后来真的有点反悔，然后就是一顿扯皮没发取消

买车dealer的话真的不要信太多

One key doesn’t work.
- key was found to be faulty
- New key was needed to be added and programmed.
- On programming of new key, we found that the vehicle did not allow us to register any key to the vehicle and the steering lock was the next issue, and needed to be replaced.
-On replacement of the steering lock, we found that we could not communicate with the vehicle any more due to the BCM failure, so we needed to replace that.
-On replacement of the BCM, offer configuring everything and registering keys to vehicle, the eco detected a miscommunication between the BCM and the ECM causing a no start condition which resulted in us having to replace the ECM as well. We also needed to get another key as it would not accept the original.
- after replacing the ECM and carrying out all required programming procedures and re-mobilisations of all keys we were able to get the car running

Sutton的论据是，尼桑提供了技术支持。他们是严格按照尼桑提供的指示来操作的。所以车坏了一定是车本来的问题。

我说：尼桑给你的材料只能证明尼桑提供技术支持了，并不能证明你有按照这个材料操作，也不能证明你的工作没有疏忽。中东人马上狡辩：你说我工作有疏忽，那你提供证据啊

其实后来钱对我来说已经不那么重要了。我不想努力都不努力就放弃。那以后这件事会是我心里一根刺，永远拔不掉。

我打算找我那个爱尔兰同事帮我写个 statutory declaration,说明他在同一个dealer遇到过同样的事，好车开进去，被他们修坏了，他们还说车本来就坏的，要他再多掏钱修。希望爱尔兰同事不怕麻烦能帮我写这个证词吧

赤脚军师我随便写两句。英语不太好，万一菜英文了，别笑话我哈。

I contacted xxx dealer to buy a new key (including cutting and program) because I only have one working key, need second one. Please check dealers phone recording.
One key doesn’t work.
Please specify the fault of the key and remote.
eg Can remote unlock the door?  Can you use the key start the engine?
同样让他详细说一下steering lock  是什么问题。 比如能否转动钥匙
让他们提供购买新lock，ECM 的发票和两把新钥匙的发票。

然后让他描述一下详细的维修经过，要详细到何时何地（让他自己说是露天还是厂房里），用了什么设备。
还有什么时间，什么地方修理/更换的lock 还有bcm，ecm。

你陈述一下那天交车给他们的经过。比如The car wasn't tolled to dealer. On x/x/2019  at xx:xxAM , unlock the car by remote, drove the car to xxx dealer and parked at xxx  which means engine immobilizer system(BCM and ECM) detected the key and started the engine when I left home. Please check dealers CCTV footage. （基本上所有的dealer 都装满摄像头，能覆盖整个停车场，修理车间。而且保留很长的时间。 你可以去实地蹲点观察一下停车点的摄像头)。如果有行车记录仪或证人证明你开过去的就更好了。
然后问他，车子从停车场到修车间是怎么进去的？（个人认为安装bcm和ecm 的时候不会在露天停车场原地装的）. 他们应该不会蠢到说是发动引擎开进去的。
如果他们说录像没有保存，可以咋呼他们，说你看到他们把车开进车间去的.如果他们说你早就离开了。有录像证据证明你早就离开，那就肯定有其他录像。前面他们撒谎。然后你可以说是在场子外面看到的。
如果以上都不行，咬死让他们提供cctv footage。看看是否能让仲裁庭去调cctv。
