单薪家庭 能令 childcare subsidy 吗？(NSW)

如题。
目前我们是双薪家庭。孩子目前在childcare 2天。 其他是姥姥带。

孩子今年十月就4 岁了。做妈妈的打算明年辞职，姥姥可以回国。在明年，打算让孩子进 community preschool 2天。（这个没有subsidy),可是费用一天少于$50.
总共两天childcare, 两天 preschool.

打算辞职休息不超过一年，过后再找工作。
在单薪的时候，可以领 Childcare subsidy 吗？
我昨天听朋友说，新的CCS是不能的。

第二部分activity里面有说到，In a two parent family, both parents must meet the activity test and the person with the lower number of hours will determine the relevant step of the activity test. 也就是说双亲家庭父母都需要满足工作小时要求。但这个工作有很多类型，做义工、学习什么的也算的，你孩子去幼儿园期间你可以干一些类似活动呀。

请问政府如何知道我做义工或学习呢？？如果我想读CPA,算吗？？这个在家也可以读呀，不需要出席率。谢

这个道理明白
我看到有些孩子的妈没工作还是有领CCS, 具体怎样我不敢直接问。

填表的时候问你是不是政府approve的course，你填yes然后签字有法律效应。
当然那些没工作的妈妈也可能去学校volunteer啊！否则骗保么centrelink是不会心软追回钱的

如果辞职在家带孩子就没有了
当然如果你在学习，或者找工作就可以申请
不如试试找个part time 工作

单薪家庭似乎两周也会给个最低标准的补贴 一周可以上1-2天？
Centrelink网站上有计算器的，你在这问不如自己去算算

那是给低收入的。

在找工作的话应该有几个小时的补贴
具体不是很清楚

24 两周是指 12 小时一天？ 还是8 小时一天呢？

How do I prove how many hours I work, study or volunteer?

Parents self-declare their activity to the Department of Human Services (DHS) and no evidence is required at the time you self-declare. This is generally done just prior to a new financial year, when you provide your income estimate for the coming financial year. DHS might ask some parents to provide evidence as part of their normal random spot checks. Evidence could include, for example, a copy of a payslip or a letter from the organisation where you volunteer. Parents can change or update their activity test details whenever they need to. This is done via your myGov account online or on your smartphone app.
