Closure of inactive accounts
In some cases, we may also close accounts that have not been used after a certain amount of time. We may do so when:
your myGov account has been permanently locked;
you have not linked your myGov account to a Member Service and have not signed in to myGov for 6 months;
you have linked your myGov account to a Member Service, but have not signed in to myGov for 24 months.
If your account has been closed and you wish to resume using myGov, you will need to create a new myGov account. |
