864的BVB申请问题

请问下有经验的前辈
给父母提交864后，已获得Bridging A VISA. 最近父母需要回国，现在我在申请Bridging B Visa。
1. 864我都是纸质材料提交，是否就没法用网上immi account提交Bridging B Visa
2. 写完1006表后，我找不到邮寄地址，网上写的内容如下。那是不是要发回parents visa的地址在WA??? PVC
