最近TPG告知我，一定要换NBN了，否则一段时间以后就要断网了。
本来很简单的事情，是较新的公寓，TPG来了工程师，测出公寓的comms room 我家那条线是有信号的。但是我家中的几个ports，就是测不出信号。TPG建议我找Building Manager, 说可能是从comms room 到我家的线路有问题。
家里的那几个ports, 应该是接有线电视的，我从来没有用过。
我联系了物业，他建议找电工，费用我出 (如果我乐意的话），因为不是公共设施。
我回物业，我不同意出钱，因为TPG明确表示，很可能是从comms room到我家ports的线路问题。如果是线路问题，仍然是公共设施，应该物业出钱。要么就是开发商的问题，那几个Ports一直就是不通的。
物业回复我：
I do not disagree with you, however the company that completed the cabling for the building has since become insolvent.
The Owners Corporation has had troubles with lighting in the past that we had to attend to. （物业说自己也很无奈）
既然我说到开发商，他说你尝试找开发商吧。
You can try to log a defect for the points with Liberty Builders via XXX。
还说，Hopefully the NBN installers get back to me. I have left another message today. （这个不知道他联系的谁）。
最后这句，物业把球踢给TPG了？
If it is a common area issue, the owners corporation will be liable. If TPG can confirm this, then we can proceed under that manner. If they are just looking for permission to cut into a wall, then it may be a points issue.
物业的意思是，如果是从comms room到我家的线路问题，他出钱；如果是我家ports的问题，我出钱。
可是我的问题是，我现在到底该找谁？大家帮着看看，多谢了！

按照大家说的，我找了下家里可能隐藏的接入点，在衣柜里有个这盒子，是应该在这个里面么？第二张图是TPG测的没有信号的ports.
