I'm really sorry you are having problems locating your parcel, please see below:
Tracking shows the package was scanned “delivered”, therefore it is assumed the package has arrived to its destination. If receiver is not at home, they will leave the parcel in a secure location and no signature is required therefore we would not be able to provide POD. The carriers in Australia are a postal service where a signature is not required upon delivery. As the last scan is shown as "Delivered" we will consider the parcel as delivered.
If you are claiming non delivery the first thing to do would be to check with neighbours and safe locations (such as garage, porch's etc.) or with the local collections office as this will often lead to the parcel being found.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to carry out any further investigations. Sorry for any inconvenience. We recommend you contact Fastway to investigate this further using the details i have included below:
