最近在布里斯本买房，看中了CENTRUS 的BRAND NEW TOWNHOUSE,OFFER 了45.3万，朋友说有点小贵，
搞得我心里没底了，对这个TOWNHOUSE 有一知半解的同学请发表意见

如果地段好，房子格局好，里面装修不错的话，这个价位可以的，但还是要看有哪些具体配置了，如果啥都没有，那就最多42k吧

townhouse也这么贵了？这个价钱可以在Parkinson买4个bedroom的house了。

开发商手里出来的新房子基本上开价比市场价偏贵的。房子升值空间十分有限。

Parkinson 里布里斯班20公里！太远了，上班不方便！一般控制在开车上班30分钟到45分钟！

这些townhouse上次我也去看过，开发商要加47.5w起。。。。户型最小的那种，加大户型还要加钱，简直疯了。
不过那边离公交车站倒是只要几步路，很方便。这种价格，不用说parkinson，sunnybank也可以买不错的house了。

40几万的HOUSE没法看，太旧了，请问4楼，问什么说房子升值空间十分有限？

This position is not good, good part of eight mile plains is at other side of logan road. if u have loan, u can ask some brokers, they know eight mile plains very well. Mapleleaf, oakleleaf are hottest street in Eight mile plains, close to Warrigal primary school, shopping town, dog trianing, train station, there is a house ask price for 565000, at Oakleleaf st, sold at the first inspection on Jan, Visitors are more than one hundred as i just pass that road on inspection date. Also i suggest there are some high-set houses aged 20 are double-brick at eight mile plains, it is quite few in Brisbane. If u do building inspection, u will know how good the quality is of double-brick compared with brick-vener.

As far as i know, that area is currently being reconstructed. u may find the project plan in sunnybank plaza. the big picture is very close to Dick smith.

我去年也看过这个小区，位置不错，去city和gc都很方便，但是仔细想想对我实际意义不是很大，如果在city上班，我宁愿做130，140，150等公交或者火车，专用的公交高速和火车都比自己开车堵在半路上强。去gc顶多也是玩儿，不会天天去。 所以同样的价钱，就像3楼说的一样，我更喜欢在calamvale,parkinson,甚至drewvale买房。 不像sunnybank 那边那么嘈杂，也不会像eight mile plains那么贵。
