第二封信：
We advise that the stain referred to in this correspondence could not be removed by the cleaner,and we are required to engage the services of a carpet cleaning contractor.
We enclose a copy of this account for your taxation record ,and seek your reimbursement of $140 by way of cheque made payable to

我上次退房搬家的时候被我的邻居告到STRATA，说我们弄脏了楼梯地毯，还说那家人亲眼看到的，很是郁闷，最后被要求交了51元的清洁费。那个楼梯间的地毯从我搬进去开始就一直很脏，那些人趁着我搬家的时候找机会要钱洗地毯，真是恶心呀！后来急着拿回我们的押金，我们还是交了。

不要慌。STRATA没有权利罚款的。你可以跟他们直说这不是你弄的。除非他们有确实的证据。但哪里去找证据啊？有录像吗？再说搬家毕竟不是你嘛。

他可以让你的AGENT扣，但前提是你要同意，因为BOND是放在公平交易委员会滴。你要签字那里才会付费，现在就算签字，委员会还要通知你，让你确认愿意付才放款。不愿意就上诉，他们哪里去找证据？一个人证没有用，除非很多人证明。
