i.                provide first level video conferencing support;

ii.              provide a Concierge service, including scheduling video conferencing sessions on behalf of the Customer and providing user assistance and support;

iii.             monitor the Tandberg Management Suite (TMS) for alarms, and instigate Uptime Incident Management

iv.             perform infrastructure health checks on a daily basis;

v.               provide Soft MACDs and Hard MACDs on core videoconferencing infrastructure and Endpoints located On-site

vi.             provide Soft MACD configuration changes for remote videoconferencing endpoints

vii.            perform basic preventative maintenance tasks
