We have pleasure in submitting the following quotation, which includes;
• Dig out front and backyard areas and remove excess soil and weeds;
• Supply and install retaining walls along the front of property, back of garage, along the back fence and back side fences to create a more level backyard area. Walls are to be constructed as follows;
o 100m x 100mm galvanised steel uprights concreted into the ground;
o treated pine sleepers in between;
• Supply and install additional concrete to front driveway area as discussed;
• Create garden beds at the front of property including top soil, mulch and plants (products to be confirmed);
• Supply, spread and level a decorative stone down both sides of property (stone to be confirmed);
• Supply and install a 12sqm extension to existing decking including steps and railing;
• Supply and install steps to back of garage area;
• Supply, spread and level top soil over remaining backyard area in readiness for instant turf;
• Supply and install instant turf to backyard area;
• Supply and install a dividing fence with a gate on both sides (fence is to be constructed to match existing fence materials);
