Vacancy: Finance Officer (F/T)
Our profile:
We are a private mortgage fund management firm located 3 minutes walking distant from Hurstville Train station. We work in an energetic, busy and harmonized environment. Due to rapid expansion of our office and asset portfolio, new positions are now available.
General Job Scope:
• Manage existing loan portfolio
• Liaises with collection agents, mercantile agents and solicitors
• Negotiate and structure settlement of debt
• Drafting court documents
• Manage potential and active litigation cases
• Manage and resolve disputes effectively
• Monitoring and follow up on recovery matters
• Analysis existing recovery matter and make suggestions to management
Basic Requirement:
• 5 to 10 years of full time working experience in Accounting, Finance or Banking (Oversea work experience considered)
• A related bachelor degree or above
• Local English speaking and writing
• Qualified Accountant (CA/CPA/IPA) is a bonus but not required
Personal Quality:
• Responsible & Reliable
• Honest and trustworthy
• Planning and management sense
