full time contract,not a permanent position. therefore probably no annual leave, sick leave entitlements.

My understanding is, it is a job with no fixed term contract.

If it is causal, you would  be paid on causal rate, which is generally higher than standard rate, but you would not be entitled for annual leave, sick leave and long service leave.

If it is a temporary position, you would get paid standard rate, but you are entitled for paid sick leave, annual leave and long service leave.
