网络换provider, TPG要收取30天cancellation fee, 有什么办法可以waive吗,谢谢
The cancellati6on of your service will be processed on 16/01/2017. However, we are unable to waive the charge for the 30 days notice period as it is required by TPG’s Terms and Conditions which you agreed to
at the time of your registration. Please refer to clause 12.1 in http://www.tpg.com.au/terms_conditions/standard.
12. Suspension/Disconnection of the service
12.1. If your fixed period contract has expired or you are on a month-to-month contract, you or we may disconnect the service and cancel the agreement at any time by giving 30 days notice.
Your TPG account will be charged $xxxx for the 30 days notice period.
If you wish to change the cancellation date (for example, an earlier or later date than indicated above), please advise via return email.
However, you will still be required to pay for the service for the duration of the 30 days notice period or until the cancellation date, whichever is later.
Once we commence processing the request on the cancellation date, it can no longer be withdrawn
and you will no longer have access to your current service.
The ADSL service will be removed from your phone line in 3-5 working days after the cancellation date. |
