朋友妈妈申请的143付费移民，等了两年移民局16年8月份终于要求28天内补料了！结果她当时没钱以为要放弃了就没给移民局回复，半年以后也就是刚刚过去的12月末，她卖了房子弄到了钱就又发邮件去解释，求移民局再给一次机会，然后下面是移民局的回复！
麻烦大家帮忙看一眼，这封移民局的信，到底是允许她继续补料还是不允许？我的理解是允许，但是因为她12月末才发的邮件给移民局，可移民局回复的附件里面的Natural Justice letter 说的时间是11月底，完全不同啊（还早于她发邮件给移民局一个月），这到底是可以继续补料还是不可以啊？

Thank you for your email.
The timeframe for the submission of documents is prescribed within our legislation, therefore we are unable to provide an extension at this point.
As the initial 28 day period provided for submission of documentation has now expired and it has not been demonstrated that adequate action has been taken to obtain the information, a Natural Justice letter will now be issued to you.
Please find this letter attached.
The Natural Justice letter provides a final timeframe of twenty eight (28) days to submit information and no further extensions will be available. If it can be demonstrated within the final twenty eight (28) days that adequate action has been taken to obtain the information, no formal extension is necessary; however we request that the items are submitted as soon as received after that time to avoid any further delays or possible consideration for visa refusal.
If any of the below-mentioned items has been requested, you can demonstrate that adequate action has been taken and the items are in progress in the following ways:
ASSURANCE OF SUPPORT (AOS)– Advice of date application lodged with Centrelink; Centrelink reference number for the Assurance of Support application; copy of any correspondence issued by Centrelink in relation to the AOS application (e.g. Further Information Request, Request for Bank Guarantee etc.)
HEALTH ASSESSMENTS – Advice of the date medical appointment undertaken or will be undertaken; copy of the medical Referral Letter issued from eMedical Client; receipt/tax invoice for payment of the medical appointment undertaken
POLICE CLEARANCES – Advice of date police clearances applied for with the appropriate authority; receipt from lodgement of police clearance applications/requests
FORM 80’S – Any forms requested should be able to be completed and submitted within a 28 day period
COPIES OF PASSPORTS & BIRTH/MARRIAGE/DIVORCE CERTIFICATES – Clients should have the original documents available to them already, therefore copies should be able to be provided within a 28 day period; otherwise if these documents do have to be requested from the appropriate authority, provide the receipt from lodgement
To ensure the continuing assessment process, we request that items are submitted as they become available; where at all possible, please do not retain documents until a later date in order to submit all items together. 这是可以的意思？
