上星期六下午跟风买了wws e-gift card ,到现在还没收到,怎么办?
昨天下午去信问了,今天收到它的回信详细如下,我就想知道,除了等,我还有其他办法伐?
Thank you for your email. We are sorry to hear your eGift card was not received.
The reason for this is that some credit card issues treat the purchase of Gift Cards (and in particular eGift Cards) as a high risk item when it comes to fraud.
For some banks, we are required to supply order details to them so they can verify the transaction (either from their records or by calling their card holder to confirm) unfortunately, this does slow the process of delivering the eGift Card down.
We continue to work with the banks security and fraud teams around online Gift Card purchases to help speed the process up for our customers, and also looking at additional ways to advise this via the website.
