房客不付房租，nsw tribunal下了order要求房客搬走加付清租金。
order写：
If the other party doesn't notcomply with the order to pay, a certified copy of the above money order may be obtained from the tribunal for the purpose of enforcement action through the local court.
请问是否得等到order上面的日期到之后，我才能去申请？这个order是否就是money order，为什么我需要certified copy呢？
Order反面还写了我可以申请warrant。这个东西是什么？是我凭warrant这张纸可以去警察局找警察执行让房客搬家吗？ |
