We are a financial company established in 2013, which is located in BELLA VISTA, NSW.

If you consider yourself to be a top notch experienced administrator with excellent MYOB, MS-Office and multi-taskskills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure this may indeed bethe opportunity you have been waiting for. You will need to have high attention to detail and a passion for numbers.
Position: Accounts Admin (Part Time: 2 days per week)
Work location: BELLA VISTA, NSW
Duties:
1. Assisting accounting firm for bookkeeping, BAS and payroll.
2. Itinerary arrangement such as air ticket and accommodation booking.
3. Filing documents, including contracts, invoices and receipts.
4. Purchasing stationery & collecting mails.
5. Other office admin tasks assigned.
This is not a full time job. You must be permitted to work in Australia.
We prefer the (graduated) students with good attitude, diligence and high attention to detail.
Accountant assistant, bookkeeper is over-qualified.
