岗位职责描述:
1.礼貌专业地接听并过滤前台电话,转接电话或记录信息,确保及时准确地将信息传达给相关同事;收发传真
2.接待来访客人,并做好引导工作,及时通知被访人员
3.接待小商店来访客人
4.协助直属上级处理日常文件
5.配合复印、打印等设备的管理和维护
6.负责公司快递、信件、包裹的收发工作
7.协助处理其他相关行政工作以及其他日常工作
岗位要求描述:
1.相关行政工作经验
2.熟练掌握MS系统 擅长excel和word操作
3.中英文表达流利 包括书面用语和写作
4.执行能力强善于处理随机情况及紧急任务
5.认真负责 注重细节
6.性格随和 有良好的团队合作精神

The essential requirements include:
- Solidbackground in administration and adaptable to different environments
- Strongcomputer skills
