Wesapc和 NAB 终于开始悄悄接招CBA的3.99

我的broker跟我说，westpac已经悄悄把2年的fix rate调低到4.09，每套房有1250的rebate。 Nab也把自住房调低到2年4.09,1500的rebate。 虽然他们的deal不如CBA的3年3.99好，不过对于很多去不了CBA的人来说也已经很好了，而且不是有很多人想要一次fix 3年的。他会说目前这么低的rate主要原因是还是银行在强客人也是在稀释去年那次无厘头的涨息。

关键看broker和banker的水平，其实是可以的，只要强行top up就行，怕就怕broker不负责怕麻烦

降息可能性越来越小了，现在经济这么差澳元这么差，再降息房价又要上天穷人更不用活了

Nab，Westpac还是不给力啊，比CBA的deal还是差啊，无论是浮动还是固定

RBA没那么撒真那么低，澳元要破4的，房价会上天的，没有高利率矿业也不好，你觉着这个国家的经济有指望么

哦，现在用cba,唧唧歪歪的，不情愿给投资转自住，利率死高，斩熟客，火起来转走
