以下条件满足一条就可以
You maintained a dependant if any of the following applied:
you and your dependant lived in the same house
you gave your dependant food, clothing and lodging, or
you helped them to pay for their living, medical and educational costs.
maximun rerbate is 1540, 并且dependent 得sni不得超过6442
当然父母必须是resident for tax purpose,翻遍case,前面同学说的父母来柱6个月以上，税务居民的身份很难成立，除非ato有专门的rulling，否则我觉得还是不成
