现公司招聘一名人力资源顾问/企业发展顾问加入整个团队,伴随公司共同高速发展。
主要工作职责:
确保公司人力资源事宜符合澳洲相关法律法规
为管理层提供人力资源相关建议,协助相关决策
准备员工合同及其它相关人力资源文件
起草制定公司内部相关政策和流程,并确保其符合澳洲相关法律法规
处理员工投诉及其它员工雇佣关系相关的事宜
负责公司员工工作及办公环境的设置,符合澳洲相关安全法规
负责公司员工的培训计划,确保培训计划执行高效并符合公司的发展需求
协助管理层制定员工绩效考核体系,并执行相关政策
组织员工活动,帮助公司提升员工归属感,为员工提供良好的工作环境和氛围
准备及处理员工工资及福利相关事宜
负责并执行员工招聘,解聘流程,制定公司用人计划并寻找合适人才
其他公司交办事宜
职位相关技能要求
在人力资源及公司发展相关领域拥有丰富经验和技能,包括但不限于公司职位描述和定位,员工考核方法,员工培训及激励等
了解工作场所健康及安全相关法律法规
了解澳洲相关雇佣法律法规及相关行业标准
良好的沟通和交流能力及团队协作能力
良好的文档写作能力,包括起草及制定公司相关政策及流程
积极并高效的工作态度和独立完成工作的能力
良好的团队协作能力,分析问题,解决问题的能力以及出色的谈判能力
熟练使用电脑,包括工资软件,WORD和EXCEL
能够根据公司要求进行出差(澳洲范围内)
熟练使用中文(或广东话)
职位相关学历及经验要求
人力资源或企业管理相关专业本科或以上学历
在人力资源领域有相关工作经验

The company is developing very quickly and we are now seeking an experienced human resource/company development officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring Legal Compliance with all HR matters
Providing sound HR advice to Management as required
Accurate and timely preparation of employee contracts and other documentation
Maintaining policies & procedures in line with legislative changes
Dealing with employee complaints, grievances and discipline matters
Control all WH&S requirements
Identify training needs for all staffs, prepare and implement training plans
Develop and implement staff review system
Organising and managing staff events to promote a friendly and social culture and to establish and maintain good working environment
Prepare & run payroll
Coordinate recruitment process and selection of appropriate personnel
Managing terminations, redundancies process
Other HR and company development related tasks
Knowledge and Skills
Demonstrated skills, experience and success in human resource management, company development including development of position descriptions, performance review methods and techniques and staff training, development and recognition
Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety
In depth understanding of current employment legislation and awards
A high level of Interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work with others in creating an effective work environment
Effective written communication skills including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies and procedures
Demonstrated capacity to work effectively within change processes in an cooperate environment
Demonstrated commitment to cultural diversity and ethical practice priciples
Demonstrated skills in team building, analysis and problem solving, counseling, negotiating, effective verbal and listening communication and computer systems including payroll system, word and excel
Have the ability to travel nationwide
Ability to use Mandarin and Cantonese is an advantage
Qualifications and Experience
Tertiary qualification in human resource management or business management is highly desirable
Extensive knowledge of and experience in human resources in a cooperate environment
