Responsibilities:

Every day:

•        Deliveries
o        Picking and preparing items for dispatch
o        Sending tracking and cost information to sales staff
•        Stock report
o        Maintaining daily stock report and sending to rest of the team
o        Ensuring accuracy of stock quantities and location
•        Stock organization
o        Ensuring products are well-organized and easy to find
o        Managing staff to unload containers and incorporating new stock into existing stock
o        Dealing with product returns appropriately
•        Ensure smooth running of warehouse
o        Ordering supplies
o        Daily checking mail
o        Facilitating removal of damaged products

Occasional:

•        Cleaning
o        Regular cleaning and tidying of warehouse to ensure presentable to customers
•        Basic customer service
o        Occasionally required to meet customers face to face or answer phone to answer basic enquiries, e.g.:
        Prices of items
        Accepting payments
        Basic product questions
        Item tracking
        Complaint resolution
        Opening hours
o        Helping sales staff with checking things in warehouse, e.g. photos of certain product, accessories included, measurements etc.

Hours:     9:00 to 5:00 Mon-Fri
