到现在一共找了4组人，全是华人师傅
1. 中年北方大汉 ，licence 不明，$ 10，700，包括了人工 建材 浴室三件套
优：此人是我们家平时修东西的handy man,功夫不过不失
缺：不过浴室的经验可能较少
2. 年轻高矮组合，亦就是我之前发的quote的那组人，专业做浴室厨房，木工lincece, $17,000+Gst, 光人工和建材
优：此组合我家LD觉得专业知识和经验比较丰富，detail 说得很清楚
缺：我个人觉得有点贵
比较忙，要晚一点才能开工
3. 山区大叔builder , builder licence, $8500，光人工和建材
优：便宜
工期合适
同事介绍，他家装修浴室装修了1年还没出现问题
缺：LD觉得装修审美理念跟我们不太一致，害怕出不来她想要的效果
4. 中年高瘦builder, builder licence, $16,000, 光人工建材，也可要求提供三件套，另外的算法，未详
优：理念与我们高度一直，LD都有点相见恨晚的意思了。。。

现在在1和4之间选择，领导觉得贵的应该活好，质量好，我觉得可能浴室大家的做法都差不多？差别会在哪里呢？请足友分享下经验吧。

价格不包马桶 浴缸 瓷砖等一切表面上看得到的东西，人工和建材17,000+gst
浴室大概不到7平米。
需要拆两幅大概1*2 和 1*0 .5的砖墙，这两幅墙是旁边房间原来的入墙柜，然后把柜门封起来。
然后全部打烂从新做，准备放一个 freestanding 的浴缸，一个 walkin shower, 一个洗手台，一个镜柜。
下面是详细的原版quote
1. Remove all the existing accessories, tiles and equipment from
existing bathroom
2. Demolish the extension walls (The walls for the wardrobe in the main bedroom) at the corner of the bathroom - demolish to ceiling height and need to be reinforced if necessary
3. Remove existing ceiling board in order the new electric wire can be set for new lights and all - in one system - the studs will be reinforced for the corner wall area so that new ceiling can be hanged
4. Plumbing job - Relocation for hot and cold water supply pipes to suit new vanity, toilet, bathtub and shower area; relocation waste pipe for vanity, toilet, bathtub, shower area , floor waste and add new water trap for main waste pipe;
disable existing vent pipe as the new water trap complied.
5. Electrical work - re wire for new lights and all-in-one system; relocation for power board and change light switches.
6. Gyprock - New ceiling and patching
7. Change opening way of bathroom door (from right-to-left to left-to-right); seal the existing wardrobe door with new studs and boards
8. Fix or Re-render on the wall
9. Waterproofing - (Two to Three Coats of oil based waterproofing membranes)
10. Tiling - Wall tiles up to ceiling height (The size of tiles will effect different labour cost)
11. new ceiling paint
12. Install new bathroom equipments
13. Rubbish removal
All plumbing work will cut wall channel on bricks and floor channel on concrete for water supply pipes and waste pipe.
We cover all the building materials; customer will supply fitting
materials (tiles, vanity, toilet suit, bathtub, shower mixer, mixer tap, shower head, all-in-one heater and all other bathroom accessories) |
