位于dandenong的制造业公司招聘Assistant Accountant和ManagementAccountant各一名。现内部推荐阶段，9月4号下个星期五之前没有合适人选将放Seek.

MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT
This privately owned manufacturing businessis regarded as the leader in their segment of the market and has recently undergone a significant period of expansion both organically and through acquisition. We are expanding into a new service offering and looking for 1 x Management Accountant and 1 x Assistant Accountant to join our hard-working yet friendly culture and encouraging team.
The Role:
· Report directly to the CFO and this will be a broad role and will suit someone looking for variety
· annual budgets and quarterly forecasting process
· Prepare reports to distribute to the Board of Directors
· Perform balance sheet reconciliations monthly and Preparation and posting of month end journals
· Variance analysis of monthly results to forecasts and budget including commentary
· Participate in Board Reporting including Cash Flow analysis
· Perform analysis and providere commendations on current processes and procedures
· Other ad hoc reports and projects asrequired by the CFO
Your Experience:
· minimum of 3 years’ experience in a management accounting or business analyst role
· CA/CPA qualified or studying towards
· Exposure to a fast paced, evolving environment
· advanced excel capability
· Outstanding communicator, have a record of developing strong rapport with stakeholders, and have strong attention to detail
· excellent written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to easily relate to people at avariety of levels
· MYOB experience is essential.

ASSISTANTACCOUNTANT
The Role:
· Daily management of Accounts Receivable and payable
· Bank Reconciliations and month end reconciliations
· General Ledger, inventory accounting, customer rebates, discounts
· Monthly Debtor / Creditor Reconciliations
· Maintenance of Fixed Asset Ledger
· GST / BAS preparation
· Assisting with the preparation of FBT return
· Other ad hoc duties as required
Your Experience:
· minimum of 2 years’ experience in a AA role
· Accounting or Finance qualified
· Exposure to a fast paced, evolving environment
· advanced excel capability
· Outstanding communicator, have a record of developing strong rapport with stakeholders, and have strong attention to detail
· excellent written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to easily relate to people at avariety of levels
· MYOB experience is essential.
