本公司由于业务发展需要，急聘2-3名有西人市场销售经验的销售人员。

不需开发客人，每周公司会派发给你潜在客户。
每次客人拜访公司都提额外补贴（客人都会在珀斯附近50km以内）
每周都会有销售红利
会有培训

要求：
英文需要非常流利，因为客人基本都是西人。
有销售经验
做事用心 在乎细节 会独立思考 自控能力强
（我不会每天盯着你来工作，所以时间你自己来安排，公司会有会议室和办公室给你来用，如果你需要）

We are a national wide and government registered solar company delivering services to the installation of solar system in Australia. Due to the expansion of the business, we are looking to engage a motivated sales representative for immediate start who has a sales experience or willing to learn to join our sales team in Perth.

This is an exciting opportunity to earn serious money that is well above the industry standard.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this position plays a pivotal role in securing and retaining new business for us through the sales and promotion of our business.

Duties & Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for undertaking the following activities:

•Consultation with clients and potential clients in relation to energy saving and installation details

•Establish and maintain positive relationships with major customer referral sources.

•lan, prepare and deliver professional presentations.

•You must have your own car and be willing to drive (Only metro area)



Skills and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have

•A minimum 6 months experience in sales or marketing preferably within solar business would be advantageous but not required for the right person.

•A bright, engaging personality and a professional presentation.

•ersonal drive and integrity, and be a self-starter.

•Ability to work autonomously and independently, and as part of a team.

•Demonstrated ability to convert sales leads into new business opportunities.

•Capacity to develop and maintain strong business relationships.

•Excellent oral and written communication skills with proven ability to influence and negotiate.

•High degree of self-motivation and discipline.

•Drive to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded.
