三思啊，以后颈椎病和眼疾会找上门，你英语好是一大优势，做什么都行，可以试试看，it因人而异，有人做的好，有人不行，看你技术水平了，还有就是做好持久战准备，要学到老啊

能侃就行，和客户聊聊天，和Dev聊聊天。讲良心话，一点IT背景没有都能当PM,只要你知道产品的卖点和Dev的能力，就是个软件熟练使用者。

谢谢鼓励，不过一穷二白要找到相关入门工作，估计一两年内是不太可能滴。。。

BA 具体都是做什么啊, 入职困难吗?

pre sales, meeting clients and gather requirements, then produce the presale document
once project approved then produce other documents like functional spec, also discuss with client on behalf of development team for details then support testing question from tester then support implementation
sometimes may need to look at production issues as well

it really depends on the company nature. BA in different companies has different role

if your english is good then you probably try PM as PM does more talking and doesnt require technical background although it's an advantage.

generally it's hard to get a job here if you dont have any experience no matter what the job is, even a kitchen hand.

BA风险也很大的，因为没有很strong的拿在手里的东西，不像做技术的，好歹有代码hold在手里，复杂的项目很难找人接手，很多做BA的都是很模糊的东西，有时侯说砍就砍了

我现在的项目就开始砍BA了，开发暂时砍不动

干编程估计40多就干不动了（因人而异），职业寿命比较短。31转it好像有点晚了。
