Thank you for your honesty, I agree with you, if he enter into EY as a junior, there isn’t much more he can really learn because like you said, all those paperwork work, online research, data, excel is kind of waste time. His current ability is far beyond that. He just talked with current supervisor in research, he said he really wants to keep him. And his contract with the current research is from Mar 2014 to Mar 2015, so he would like to help his supervisor to finish the current project. His supervisor said he would like to extend the contract with him, and suggested that he is really excellent with what he is doing now, and there is great potential for him to achieve greater for him in the field.
And he is hesitate to leave now…
Don’t know what’s going on…now…
