For our international guests from overseas,
we would like to inform you of some different rules
from a general hotel in advance.
Please refer to them for planning your trip schedule.
【Check-in / Check-out】
Check in : 3:00 pm / Check out : 11:00 am
(The last check in time for those having dinner option : 6:00 pm
without dinner option : 10:00 pm
【Dinner】
The entry time of the restaurant is between 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
Meals can not be served in the case you come to the restaurant
after 6:30 pm.
You are strongly recommended to check in early enough to
the last entry time.
【Breakfast】
Breakfast is open at 8:30 am at the earliest.
Meals can not be served before the opening time for any reason.
Please note it when planning the trip schedule.
※WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHANGE OF COURSE MENU※
Since a variety of ingredients are prepared in the same kitchen,
we are unable to guarantee the complete avoidance of allergens
for any particular guests.
Therefore, we are afraid that there is no replacement menu
for those with allergies and special diets.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we request them
to make a reservation without meal options.
In addition, we are unable to accept the request to change
the cooking methods or the ingredients of the dishes
on the course menu due to a guest's food preferences.
