Chris21貌似还蛮灵活的，我们公司刚刚用，自己可以create很多report，之前的Talent 2就差很远

Talent 2 is just crap! very unfriendly use. However Chris 21 reports still have limitation. Australia payroll system all has some limitation on reporting side. This is what we qualified payroll professions are fitting in

我们主要是用Chris21处理公司内部operation的员工（大多数都是F/T，有一些有after hour shifts），所以不算太复杂

看了LZ的帖子，对之前尚未触及过的payroll的工作也开始感兴趣了，但是之前只做过accounts assistant ，唯一的经验就是给8个人用MYOB系统发过工资，只算tax，没有做过super的。。。。这样不知道找payroll工作面试的时候怎么说。

Proposed change to the Paid Parental leave scheme from 1 July 2015

• Women earning up to $150,000 a year will be paid their full wage for the period of leave, including superannuation.

• Mothers will be provided with 26 weeks of paid parental leave at their actual wage or the national minimum wage (whichever is greater), plus superannuation

• Fathers will be eligible for two weeks for paternity leave at their actual wage or the national minimum wage (whichever is greater), plus superannuation

• If the father is nominated as the primary carer rather than the mother, he will be able to access paid leave to reflect either his or the mother's wage (whichever is lower) or the minimum wage (if it is higher than that wage)

• To be eligible, a person must have worked for at least 10 of the 13 months prior to the birth or adoption of their child and have worked at least 330 hours in that 10-month period, with no more than an eight-week gap between two working days

• For a woman earning $150,000 per annum or more, paid leave is capped at $75,000

• The scheme will be funded by a 1.5 per cent levy on the 3,000 largest businesses

• The scheme will be administered by the Family Assistance Office only, not the employer.

这个有几个问题
1。 什么时候可以通过 并正式启用
2。一旦颁布通过 这一年的生的小孩一定激增，我觉得未来的幼儿园 上学 工作的竞争压力都会有增加
要不要这个钱 对于适龄的妈妈是个需要考虑的问题
至少 我就很挣扎。

还没有正式通过，如果通过了，应该从2015年7月1号开始生效。就算一旦颁布了，想生小孩的会很庆幸，不想生小孩的也不会就因为这个福利就要孩子啊

楼主，我想找payroll工作，在现在的公司就是主要做payroll，大概是70个人左右，用MYOB，但是我们公司是nfp，所以也没那么简单，我们有各种FB，ALLOWANCE等福利
