There are FIVE scheduled Open Transfer Periods prior to each game phase when you can change captain and edit your team by making limited transfers, substitutions and formation changes, as follows:
Transfer Period 1: June 12 - After phase 1
Transfer Period 2: June 16 - After phase 2
Transfer Period 3: June 20-21 - After phase 3
Transfer Period 4: June 25-27 - After phase 4
Transfer Period 5: June 29 - July 1 - After phase 5
