Schedule 1 will amend the residency requirements for Age Pension and Disability Support Pension
(DSP) so that, in order to qualify for these payments, a new claimant from 1 January 2020 must
have:
• ten years continuous residency in Australia including at least five years during the person’s
working life (age 16 to age pension age) or
• ten years continuous residency in Australia and the person must not have been in receipt of an
allowance or student income support payment for a period or combined periods exceeding five
years when they were aged at least sixteen years (whether or not these periods in receipt of
income support occur during the ten year qualifying residency period) or
• 15 years continuous residency in Australia.

这个750应该不能算是福利吧。另个帖子里有个网友的父母143移民不到10年拿联邦老年卡centrelink自动发给他们的，自己也没去申请

不是，是十年后老人家們申請拿pension時候，有這麽一句話

ten years continuous residency in Australia and the person must not have been in receipt of an allowance or student income support payment for a period or combined periods exceeding five years when they were aged at least sixteen years (whether or not these periods in receipt of income support occur during the ten year qualifying residency period) or

關鍵是聯邦 老人卡算不算是一種 allowance，如果算的話，那申請age pension就要等到住滿15年后才能拿

我查到了，點擊如下鏈接（這是關於福利payment一塊）

之後再點擊health care card，就看到聯邦老人卡。 這樣看來的話好像算是allowance 吧，因爲這也是要測試財產的。

所以最好別拿，不然要多等5年才能拿age pension。其實我也不太懂，只是我父母也是143類的，所以我也有查一下

Social Services Legislation Amendment (Payment Integrity) Bill 2019這個法案好像 first read 通過了， 然後second read 也過了。

谢谢热心的亲，我把之前claim一半的cancel了，重新申请才可以。终于弄好了，真不容易啊，中间只要有一点进行不下去想再继续不行的，一定要重新申请

啊，这个也太麻烦了。还好搞定了，就看centrelink什么时候批了，到时我们再看能不能backdated

不是因为拿了CSC吧？

好像其second read已經passed了，好像還有third read吧，估計不是今年就是明年passed，如果你父母差個4，5年就夠10年，最好別拿任何要資產評估的津貼吧

我再简单讲一下吧：1，关于养老金（Age Pension），要满足，身份，年龄，居住时间，资产测试等要求。这里只说年龄和居住时间。年龄是指退休年龄，具体要求：54年以前出生—65岁，54年1月1日到55年6月30日出生—66岁，55年7月1日到56年12月31日—66.5岁，57年1月1日以后出生—67岁。
居住要求：10年以上。
可得到：1，养老金（Age Pension）。2，Pensioner Concession Card (卡）3，享受许多福利。
2，如果满足身份，年龄，资产测试要求，居住时间超过2年但不够10年，这时可申请 commonwealth senior card 。有了这个卡就可以申请AU$750了，7月13日将发放第二个AU$750了。
3，AU$750不算福利，不会在担保金中扣除。

进去了，上边写着“we need you to confirm your bank account details so we can ...” 请问 怎样confirm ? 没有什么选项去confirm

楼上各位问更新银行账户信息的看过来，先从mygov去到clink，然后搜索manage payment destination.我是因为没找到所以用了这个笨办法。然后就可用看到view or update details of where payments are sent.点进去update payment destination.接下来就是填银行账户信息了。都填好就可以submit了。
