求助，跟builder协商不果，该如何走减低损失？

前辈，这是engineer 给我的回复：
We conducted an inspection of the subject site on the 24th January 2018, where we noted the works were not concordant to engineering plans we had procured. Of most notable concern were the four posts supporting the roof structure of the renovated dwelling simply bolted into the existing block retaining wall. We requested builder to provide 500Wx500Dx500L mass concrete pad footings at natural ground for the posts to be extended to and bear on. The portion of the retaining wall around these posts is to also be reconstructed.

The Builder agreed to rectify the works as per our instruction, and we will be inspecting to the works for compliance during construction.
他们这样做质量可以吗？

这个方法是最简单的补救措施，是完全基于builder的利益说这番话的。但也并不完全不可行，虽然采取了增加500x500x500素混凝土块，作为立柱的基础，但是由于挡土墙的存在，立柱就无法直接固定在500xx500x500的混凝土块上，这问题，在这个回答并没有说明（一般来说作为ROOF的支撑，是不允许直接固定在只是简单堆放的block retaining上的）。
最主要的是，根据原先的结构设计，那道Existing block retaining wall是必须拆除的，取而代之的是与你房子的混凝土基础相连的一块125mm厚的混凝土板和一道500x400的混凝土梁，这道梁，就是新的230砖砌挡土墙的基础。
这个builder的偷工减料，实在是太过于卑鄙，应该得到相应的惩罚，而不是这样简单的糊弄过去。
再则，你的权益受到了极大损害，那道混凝土板是不能缺失的，在设计中，就是一个活动空间，上面也有对应的ROOF，没了的这块混凝土板，上面的ROOF不就显得多余了。
我觉得，这样的builder不能放过，builder也没什么可怕的，在这里，我相信结构设计师和builder大有人在，只要你的计划缜密，还有足友的支持，这点工程成真的微不足道。

这个已经很清楚说了怎么做。不存在无法做基础的问题。

JDSY 网友说的对。屋檐之所以伸出来，是因为下面是balcony 区域，我们设计做轮椅进出的地方。 如果没有水泥板，怎么进出？ 台阶那么高，得摔跤多少次才能适应？
补救措施完全是从builder利益出发，我们的利益呢？
我把图给builder了，他就该按图做，不要说没有预算，不是我的事。

LZ还在这里努力回帖呀。跟帖到现在，看到是工程师报告说existing retaining wall

如果是existing，LZ回去自己看看跟builder的合同里有没有说拆掉就retaining wall，按图做新的挡土墙这部分。如果没有，你还是别折腾啦，老实和builder协商吧，如果挡土墙是新做的，这还可以要builder按图重做。
