I’m a current customer with Vodafone and about 8 months ago I discovered my monthly bill was overcharged $170. Straight away I called your customer service hotline to resolve the cost issue. The consultant had agreed to refund the $170 to my bank account, since then I have not seen any refund charges made by you on any of my bank statements.
One month ago I called again to speak to another consultant, discussed the unresolved issue and asked if I could retrieve a formal complaint reference number in order for me to fill out the TIO complaint form. The consultant, then investigated to see what had happened to the refund and found that a refund was made however we had given the wrong bank account details and so no refund was officially made.

Vodafone has over-charged $170 on my monthly telephone bills 8 months ago. We have been told by customer service that we will get refund soon. I have waited for 8 months but didn’t get anything. We called them again 1 month ago and tried to make an formal complaint, there was a guy answered the phone after 15 mts on hold, told me they cannot do refund because of wrong account i have given. It doesn’t make any sense as they have been taking money form my WRONG account! |
