lidcombe还是很方便的，火车交通肯定把wr完爆个屁滚尿流，地点离city近附近便宜购物的市场和打折商店之类的都非常近，所以投资应该会不错的，西北区人民完全没理由，也不能这么瞧不起人家
话说我在那还住过2年多快3年，中间只被抢劫了一次而已，没什么大事

Well The property price in Licombe is a bit lower than West Ryde, the rent rate is higher than WR(at least equal). And there is no government commission renting properties in Licombe, based on this you are right, residence in Lidcombe is much better than West Ryde.

Besides, The University of Sydney Cumberland Campus is in Lidcombe, so most of uni students there choose to rent in Lidcombe, based on this you are right again, ppl renting there is much better than west ryde.

刚才看了一下lidcombe的房子，去年8-9月份也曾经看过那片地区。

对比一下，这快1年了，unit/app的价格持稳。
旧t/h价格持稳，2房t/h价格有降,从叫价46-47万变成叫价45万。

全新的t/h价格有涨，3房变成67万多了。4房敢买78万。
